Screen Printing

Screen printing (sometimes referred to as silk screening) is one of the oldest, simplest, and lowest cost of all graphic arts imprinting processes. At Can West Legacy, we utilize screen printing to make cost-effective industrial labels.
The process of screen printing involves pressing ink through a very fine screen. After being stretched on a metal frame, the artwork is created on the screen through a photographic process utilizing film. This allows reproduction of everything from fine type (no smaller than 5.5 pts.) and half tone to heavy solid color imagery. Can West Legacy only uses the highest quality inks available - epoxy ink for screen printing onto metals and vinyl ink on all other materials.
