They define the international and national standards specific to different industries. UL and CSA International also do the required testing for labels, to certify whether they meet the standards set. Once the testing has been done, certification marks are issued by CSA and UL for the products.<\/p>\n<h2>THE IMPORTANCE OF CERTIFIED LABELS<\/h2>\n<p>The CSA International Group has founded the Canadian Anti-Counterfeiting Network (CACN), and is also a member of the International Anti-Counterfeiting Coalition, and therefore take it very seriously when approving the security and safety standards required for products such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Electronic products<\/li>\n<li>Oil &amp; Gas products<\/li>\n<li>Plumbing products<\/li>\n<li>Transportation products<\/li>\n<li>and a wide variety of products in other industries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The CSA and UL certified marks are universally acknowledged, and as such, cannot be reproduced by any company that is not certified. This assures consumers and retailers that your products have been checked for performance and are not counterfeit items. If products have not been tested by these groups, they may actually endanger its users, and put them at the risk of injury or worse.
