Built to customer’s specifications, control panels are manufactured from a variety of materials. Stainless steel, aluminum, acrylic, and plastic are the most common materials used. Computer files are downloaded directly to our high speed cutting equipment, which can cut to tolerances of .0005’. Once the panel is cut to a finished shape, holes and slots are then cut and the engraved text and logos are put permanently into the panel.
